1. Order Confirmation
Upon receiving your order through our platform, our system immediately acknowledges and confirms it for processing.
2. Order Verification & Quality Preparation
Our Operation team reviews your order details, and ensures all items meet our quality standards before carefully packaging them for delivery.
3. Delivery Scheduling
Delivery schedules are arranged based on your location and the nature of the ordered products to ensure timely arrival.
4. Dispatch & Logistics Management
All orders are dispatched through our dedicated delivery fleet. Each shipment is tracked internally to ensure accuracy, safety, and punctuality.
5. Final Delivery & Customer Confirmation
Your groceries are delivered to your specified address within the committed timeframe. Our delivery team ensures a professional handover, maintaining freshness and product integrity throughout the process.

Note: Delivery times may vary in case of unsolicited incidents such as extreme weather, technical disruptions, special festivals/holidays, or unexpected traffic conditions. Our team will keep you informed in the event of any delay.

- Does Morzaa deliver all over Bangladesh?
Answer: No - How can I know when my order will arrive?
Answer: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS or email. If needed, you can also contact our customer support team for assistance. - Can I contact customer support after placing an order?
Answer: Of course. Our helpline, WhatsApp, and Facebook inbox are always available. - What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Answer: If there is a delay, you can contact our customer care team, and we will resolve the issue promptly. - What if there is any issue after receiving the product?
Answer: We prioritize customer satisfaction. If there is any issue, please inform us within 24 hours. - On which days is delivery available?
Answer: Delivery is available every day of the week (including Fridays), but there may be exceptions on special government holidays.
Cancellation
The customer can cancel an order for a product at no cost any time before the goods are delivered to the customer.
How to Cancel:
- To cancel, notify us immediately via the website, or customer service hotline, quoting your order number.
Cancellation Process:
1. Open the Morzaa app or website → go to My Orders.
2. Select the order you want to cancel.
3. Click Cancel Order and choose a reason (optional).
4. You will receive a confirmation notification once the cancellation is successful.
- Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled. You can refuse the delivery and intiate a return instead.
- Cancellation is only valid if confirmed by Morzaa.
